The room was very clean. The staff was helpful. They were kind and polite. The breakfast offered a wide variety. It was excellent. The front desk staff was excellent.
The pool is tiny. It is not one you can use to do laps. The small double bed room felt way too small for the price. It's 10 euros per person a day.

the staff at the front desk offered excellent service , and i found the breakfast pricing reasonable. the discount offered for the full gym was also a great perk. i definitely intend to return to this hotel in the future , as the convenient location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.
the pool was somewhat small , a detail i noticed .

room noisemosquito bites
the room i had was far too noisy i could hear everything outside. i also got quite a few mosquito bites while in the room a real annoyance. it was hard to relax and get a good night's sleep with all the disturbances. i really think they need to address the soundproofing and pest control issues .

The facilities were really good. i loved that the gym access cost only 10 euros. It operated 24 hours! breakfast was lovely. We even had dinner one night at the restaurant. the staff helped sort all our taxis, and they were always available.

Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was AMAZING!!! there was a nice menu. the dinner we had one evening was so good. I found the options really tasty and varied, with options for everybody.

The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. I felt they genuinely wanted me to enjoy my stay. the staff helped with taxis and provided recommendations. they sorted all our taxis for us. They were always there to help.
